The 4 KM

Level : Easy

It’s our signature trail and the longest and most winding of the ski station. The trail snakes down the southeast slope and offers the most spectacular view of majestic Lake Memphremagog and the Appalachian Mountains, totally amazing scenes you’ll never forget! Don’t be alarmed by the start in a tight corridor – it widens out a few meters later and allows the whole family to have fun in a beautiful setting. At mid-mountain, the Escapade is waiting for you, a fun shortcut between the trees in an open glade, perfect for the whole family. Experts also love the 4 KM – the magnificent landscape is a treat for the eyes and the trail is also the access point for the Petit Canyon. A must… on a powder day! This “wild” trail re-enters the 4 KM and is full of landings packed with powder on a snowy day.

The Slalom

Level : Hard

Located at the limit of the skiable terrain on Mont Giroux, its starting point is hidden behind the Giroux-Est chairlift arrival station. Long and short radius turns are great in this sinuous trail, named after those who love to carve fresh snow! Of course, you’ll want to go back! Waiting time at the Giroux-Est chairlift is often zero, and in addition, the hillside orientation makes it an excellent choice when it’s windy, since all the trails are sheltered from the prevailing wind.

The Grande Coulée

Level : Hard

We love it for its starting point between two rocky cliffs, its width and perfect grooming, and we love it even more because you never have to worry about a traffic jam on this trail. If you love challenges, don’t avoid it even if it’s ranked intermediate as it offers sensational turns!

The Cascade

The favorite of all skiers who know Mont Alfred-Desrochers by heart! Try it as a family or ski alone, and have fun discovering its secret paths along the trail while enjoying the natural hilly terrain – perfect to practice small jumps. Your children will be delighted with the sides of the trail, and parents will love the natural snow!

The Contour

Level : Extreme

The wildest of our trails! Locals love it for its many pitches over different levels and abrupt drops. Ideal for spring skiing, it’s also the first destination for expert skiers during a snow storm. First come, first served: powder belongs to those who get up early!
