The UNLIMITED season pass (skiing and snowboarding) provides access to the entire open ski area, 7 days a week, with no blackout dates.

Season pass benefits are valid from the start of the 2023-24 ski season.

• 4 unlimited day tickets at 40% off for your guests to use during the 2023-24 season. The discount is valid at all times from the 2023-24 season and for all age categories, except the toddler category. Not valid for half-day or magic carpet tickets. ¹

Double your pleasure: get peace of mind when you leave your personal belongings in secure lockers at the ski station. Rates are valid for the entire season.

• The tenant rents a physical space only, without accessories or services
• The Corporation does not monitor where the lockers are located, the Corporation assumes no responsibility for theft, loss or damage
• The tenant agrees to provide the padlock(s) necessary to ensure the security of the locker, the Corporation does not have a key for the said padlocks
• The tenant can choose his locker number from those available at the time of rental or according to availability.
• Only one pair of skis or poles must be placed in the locker. In the event of default, the Corporation may cut the padlock and remove the contents of the locker. An amount of $20 will be required from the tenant to recover his property
• All lockers can be used from the opening of the season and must be emptied of their contents and the padlocks removed at the end of the season or no later than April 30, 2024. From this date, the Corporation may cut the padlocks still in place and empty the lockers. An amount of $20.00 will be required from the tenant for the recovery of his property. The Corporation is in no way responsible for the padlocks and the contents of the locker.

You can obtain season pass protection ($) online or on site, at customer service, only when purchasing your season pass. Season pass protection covers illness, injury, death or any event that physically prevents you from skiing during the current season. Any request must be made in writing. The Mont-Orford Ski & Golf Corporation will issue refunds for:

Refund ratio

If there is non-participation of the season subscriber before the opening of the season and there was non-participation between March 5 and April 30, 2023 (end of current season offered as a bonus if applies):

• Discount of 100% of fees in resort credit.

If the season pass is used before the incident:

• Transfer of part of the investment to the next season in resort credit in proportion to the season if the conditions below are met before March 1, 2024.

Exclusions

Exceptions that are not covered by cancelation protection:

• Injury that the season pass holders has intentionally inflicted on himself;
• Emotional disturbances or a pre-existing medical condition;
• Illness, injury, separation or divorce that does not prevent the season pass holders from skiing.

Conditions

• Season pass protection is available at the time of season pass purchase only;
• Any request must be made in writing (letter or email);
• The non-participation or the condition must last at least 30 consecutive days and be entirely sustained during the ski season;
• You must notify the Corporation and the subscription card will be automatically deactivated to then be entitled to a refund;
• The season pass holder must provide a certificate from the attending physician (the latter cannot be a family member) or a transfer certificate from the employer more than 200 kilometers from the ski resort;
• If a parent (father or mother), a spouse (legitimate or de facto) or a child aged 17 and under of a person entitled to reimbursement is also covered and decides to no longer use his season pass, he may also benefit of the regulations indicated above. This option is only valid for one additional person. The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford undertakes to pay in resort credit, the amount of the subscription according to the regulations mentioned above and subject to exclusions, limitations and other stipulations;
• In the event of the death of the season pass holder (with death certificate);
• The pro rata begins on the date of receipt of the request.

Validity - Unlimited

Validity - Giroux

• Valid 7 days a week without date restrictions.
• Access to the two alpine hillsides of Mont Giroux (Giroux North and Giroux East).

Validity - 5 days

• Valid Monday to Friday inclusively, as well as the holidays*.
• Access to the entire alpine ski area.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.
• Quantities are limited and the product may no longer be available without notice.

Validity - Flex

• Valid one day per week, from Monday to Friday inclusively. Do not includes Holidays*.
• Access to the entire alpine ski area.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

Purchase - all season pass

• “Alpine Ski area” refers to the practice of alpine skiing (or snowboarding) and does not include uphill skiing. You must take advantage of an uphill skiing pass in order to practice this sport.
• An ID card will be required for each holder at the time of purchase and photo taking, if it is a new season subscriber.
• Age on December 1, 2023.
• Only one alpine ski season pass valid for the current season.
• Quantities are limited and the product may no longer be available without notice.
• Students must present a valid student card with date and photo or a valid proof of registration to benefit from the applicable rate.
• Discounts apply on the purchase of an unlimited daily ticket only and at the regular price.
• FAMILY subscription holders must reside at the same address and proof must be provided. Subscriptions must be of the same category for all.

Delivery - all season pass

• If you are a new season pass subscriber, you must pick up your season pass and your RFID card, at the customer service counter.
• If you are a former season subscriber and you renew your subscription, your new subscription will automatically be added to your current RFID card. You will not need to go to the customer service counter. Note that if your card is lost, fees apply.
• Photo taking is required for a new subscriber.
• The ticket office and customer service are open every day of the ski season from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Restrictions - all season pass

• The season pass cannot be sold or reproduced.
• The number and choice of ski lifts to be in operation, as well as the number and choice of hillsides to be opened will be determined exclusively by the Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford. Management reserves the right to open or close trails or lifts depending, in particular, on the weather, snow conditions or traffic.

Refund/loss/theft - all season pass

• In the event of loss or theft, the subscriber must immediately notify the station. A payment of $5 will be requested for any forgotten or lost card.
• Non refundable.
• No refund can be demanded if the resort has to close for part or all of the winter season, in the event, for example, where the snowfall is not abundant enough or if there is an inability to the Corporation to operate the station for one major reason. The number of hours of operation of the artificial snowmaking system will be determined exclusively by the Corporation. The Corporation does not commit to opening the ski resort after April 1, 2024, even if snow conditions permit.
• Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, unless you have taken advantage of subscription protection.

Sanitary measures - all season pass

• The sanitary measures decreed by Public Health must be respected at all times. Depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation, these measures may change during the season. All season subscribers and ski ticket holders undertake to respect the measures in force at the time of their visit to the resort. These measurements are indicated on the station's website.

THE SEASON PASS HOLDER COMMITS TO RESPECTING THE ALPINE SKIER'S CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE 2021-2022 SEASON

The terms “SKIER”, “ALPINE SKI” and “SKI” used in the following text also apply to users of “SNOWBOARD, SNO-GO, SNO-SCOOT”.

• In consideration of the payment of the cost of the subscription and the commitment of the subscriber to fully respect all the regulations of the resort and the code of conduct of the skier / snowboarder, the resort agrees to allow the subscriber the use of the ski lifts as well as access to the terrain and to non-prohibited places during the season.
• In the event of default by the subscriber, the privileges granted will be terminated and the season pass will be automatically confiscated without further notice and without refund to the subscriber.
• The season pass must be visible to resort staff at all times.
• Any season pass issued hereunder remains the property of the station and the subscriber agrees to return this pass to the station upon request.
• The subscriber acknowledges that sliding sports and the use of ski lifts involve inherent dangers and agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage of any kind that he may cause to others and for any material damage that he may suffer and agrees to release and/or indemnify the station in this regard.
• The subscriber assumes, moreover, full responsibility for any material damage resulting from non-compliance with the regulations of the station and the code of conduct of the skier / snowboarder and releases and exonerates the station for any damage related to such breaches.
  Season tickets as well as day tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• In case of loss or theft of the pass, the skier must immediately notify the resort. A duplicate pass can be issued free of charge the first time but must pay $50 taxes included, non-refundable for all subsequent requests.
• People who forget their season pass a second time will have to buy a ski ticket for the day at 50%.
  During a family subscription, the person responsible for the purchase undertakes to inform all family members of the terms and conditions of this subscription and the obligations incumbent on the season pass.
• The subscriber agrees to respect and ensure that family members who hold subscriptions respect the regulations of the resort and the skier/boarder's code of conduct. All subscribers should read the terms and conditions hereof.
• The subscriber acknowledges that the station has the specific right in the event of a violation of the conditions hereof to terminate and confiscate one or all of the season passes issued hereunder.
• Age category prices apply to age on December 1, 2022. An ID card for each family member and for each age category will be required at the time of subscription purchase and /or taking pictures.
• Family members must reside at the same address and proof must be provided upon request.
• The number and choice of ski lifts to be in operation, as well as the number and choice of mountain slopes to be opened will be determined exclusively by the Corporation
• Ski & Golf Mont-Orford. Management reserves the right to open or close trails or lifts depending on the weather, snow conditions, traffic or available personnel.
• No refund can be demanded if the resort has to close for part or all of the winter season, in the event that the snowfall was not sufficiently abundant and/or if there was an inability to Corporation to operate the station for major reason. The number of hours of operation of the artificial snowmaking system will be determined exclusively by the Corporation. The Corporation does not commit to opening the ski resort after April 1, 2021, even if snow conditions permit.
• The Giroux Est ski lift and Alfred-Desrochers ski lift are in operation if snow conditions, traffic and staff allow it.
• The only SKI OR SNOWBOARD LESSONS AUTHORIZED ON THE MOUNTAIN are those sold and registered by the Mont-Orford Snow School. Anyone interested in offering ski or snowboard lessons on the mountain must have received prior authorization from the relevant resort authorities. Any person caught in the act or being the subject of testimonials from customers and/or employees may be refused the purchase of a ticket or subscription or confiscate the ticket or subscription in force.
• RESIDENCE CLAUSE: The subscription holder agrees (1) to elect domicile in Quebec, which will be the forum for any claim and (2) that the laws of Quebec will apply there.

REGULATIONS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS IN FORCE AT THE STATION

1. The skier must, at all times, have control of his speed and direction.
2. The skier must be able, at all times, to stop and avoid others, as well as any obstacle of any kind.
3. The skier must take slopes corresponding to his level of skill and ski at all times below his abilities.
4. It is forbidden to swing the chairs of a chairlift and/or to jump from a chair, whether the chairlift is in operation or not.
5. It is forbidden to damage or destroy the station's equipment and property.
6. The skier must not ski under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or substances impairing the faculties.

SANCTIONS if violation of one of the rules in the alpine skier's code of conduct or the regulations and safety instructions in force at the resort

1. Termination of the rights conferred by the pass for the day.
2. Any subsequent infraction during the season (2nd infraction) will lead to a suspension of season pass privileges for a period of 7 days.
3. Any subsequent infraction during the season (3rd infraction) will result in suspension of season pass privileges for the remainder of the season.
4. The resort reserves the right to seize the season pass at any time without warning if the infraction is deemed unacceptable.
5. The subscriber has the obligation to give his name and give his pass immediately to any representative or security guard of the station who requests it.
6. Mont-Orford reserves the right to charge fees of $250 or more for any request for assistance outside of opening hours or outside marked and open ski slopes.
