Hybrid lift

In order to board the hybrid lift, you must select your time slot by purchasing your ticket online. Places are limited, book your ticket in advance!

Access to the hike or the Flambée des couleurs site is free, but parking fees apply (see below).

Time slots

9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
12 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Last lift: 3:30 p.m. * may vary depending on traffic
Last descent: 4:45 p.m.

Round trip

The ticket includes a round trip. If you only want to go down via the lift, you will still need to buy a round trip ticket.

Hybrid lift rates

It's possible to buy your ticket online, and we recommend it! This saves customer service traffic and secures you a seat on our weekends since limited amount of tickets are available.

Don't forget that our Unlimited and Giroux alpine ski season pass holders have 1 round-trip for free, available from september 23th until october 15th 2023. Simply present yourself at the customer service counter.

Parking rates

During the Flambée des couleurs (September 15 to October 15), a fee of $8.70 + tx ($10 tx included) will be charged per car to access the site. You can add a parking space when you buy your ticket online or pay on site by card or cash.

Here are the free options available to you:

The Giroux East (P6) parking lot is open and free at all times
Use of the Magog / Mont-Orford shuttle
Favor carpooling in order to reduce your costs, speed up access to the site and for the sake of sustainable development

Validity

The lift ticket is only valid for the day of purchase and the chosen time slot.
The chair or cable car ride must be done during your time slot.
The descent can be made at the desired time, before 4:45 p.m.
The lift ticket is valid for 1 round trip only.
An identity card will be required for each holder when purchasing their ticket during their visit.

Purchase

Access to the hybrid lift is sold online or on site (limited places), at the Mont-Orford ski resort or at customer service depending on availability.
Furthermore taxes.

Delivery

Your access bracelet will be given to you on site.
Customer service and the ticket office are open every day of the Flambée des couleurs, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Restriction

The ticket cannot be sold or reproduced.

Refund/loss/theft

The ticket/wristband cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
No refund in case of rain, storm or breakage. If your ticket was purchased in advance and the station is expected to close, your ticket may be rescheduled for another day.

Wheelchairs and Strollers

Wheelchairs and strollers are only allowed in the gondolas (not allowed on chairlifts).
Maximum width for a wheelchair or stroller is 23 inches.

Backpacks and Baby Carriers

Backpacks and baby carriers are not allowed on the chairlifts. You must use the gondolas.

Dogs and Other Animals

Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the chairlifts or gondolas.
